Order Cancellation Policy

  1. Before Dispatch
    • Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched.

  2. After Dispatch
    • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.
    • If the order has already been shipped, you can initiate a return as per our Return Policy once you receive the product.

Cancellation Fees

  • No cancellation fees are applicable for orders canceled before dispatch.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:

  1. If the order was canceled before dispatch.
  2. If the product was returned in compliance with our Return Policy.

Partial Refunds
